Aromatic cedar keepsake boxes, finished with shellac to help keep the color vibrant. Antique brass style hinges and hardware pop against the varied hues of purples and reds from the cedar. The internal size is approximately 7.5"x4.25"x4", and the inside is has been flocked with black suede fiber. The hinge has a very satisfying slide into place - after closing it, it won't simply rattle open. These boxes have a satin finish which gives them a warm, soft look - very complimentary to the cedar.
Some boxes will have blue resin accents that fill the natural holes and grooves of the cedar boards.
